Terms of Use - Dylabel Designs

In buying this product or receiving as a freebie, you are entering into an agreement with Dylabel Designs, Belinda Milone to use these items and the previews seen online FOR PERSONAL USE (NON-COMMERCIAL) ONLY.
YOU MAY NOT SHARE, LOAN OR REDISTRIBUTE ANY/ALL PARTS OF THIS KIT. Do not use them and re-sell them as your own designs.

In other words:


1. YOU MAY NOT use any products for the purpose of web design or web templates, albums, cards,
stationery or any other type of art that will be used for selling or generating income from this product
unless a Professional License was also issued with this product.
2. YOU MAY NOT claim these graphics as your own or alter them to claim as your own.
3. YOU MAY NOT use any of the graphics in the making of brushes, tubes or patterns and redistribute them in any way.
4. YOU MAY NOT offer any of my graphics on any web page for download or send them through an internet list or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.
5. YOU MAY NOT add these graphics to any CD for sale.
6. You may not use STYLES or ACTIONS to make products which are to be sold for profit.


You ARE allowed under this agreement the following:

1. YOU MAY alter these graphics and use them in your personal scrapbooking, Blog layout & card making/hybrid scrapbooking.
2. YOU May submit layouts or cards that you have made with these graphics to any scrapbook or card making magazine
or publication as long as PROPER CREDIT IS GIVEN TO ME. This includes any images you may have altered.
3. YOU MAY use these graphics in your S4H endeavors as long as the final image given to the client is a flattened file - NO PSD or PNG sharing!

Please remember that any sharing of kits without paying is stealing, including those that are for sale as well as freebies that I give out. Stealing copyrighted material is a strict liability crime protected under the intellectual property rights law,
which will, upon prosecution, impose heavy monetary damages.
