I love the color scheme for this months blog train and the theme is something close to my heart as well. Although my Grandmother lives only a few hours away from me I don't get to see her as often as I'd like. I always feel special when I think about her...memories of her as I was growing up fill my head as I type and it makes me feel wonderful.
There are over 100 designers this month so be sure to check out all of the parts...you're sure to get a wonderfully beautiful kit out of it!
You should have come from Kathy Winters Designs...
Here is my portion...enjoy!
Next designer on the list is:
Lali's Creations
If you've missed any parts be sure to head over to the blog train blog!!

ReplyDeleteThank you very much for being part of the first blogtrain of the New Year! I had really enjoyed the last blogtrain with the Oriental theme and I know that I will enjoy this one. I can't wait to see what goodies all of you have come up with!! I appreciate your generosity and the generosity of the others on this blogtrain! Without your willingness to share your talents and your layouts, there would be very little external stimuli to make us stop, look and think and that process makes us more creative!! Thank you for making me more creative!!

ReplyDeleteThere is just something about these papers that speak to me. They are not my typical choice in colors at all, but they conjure images of my Grandparents home and all the love within it, pretty powerful stuff!! Thanks for sharing!
