New Layouts mostly from FREEBIES!!

I used the digfiles part 2 troublemaker kit by flergs, touch of color wordart by thalaris and a template from kkklatt at scrapmatters.

Abby...a daughter is a blessing
This one uses the kit breathe nature by jackie eckles of little dreamer designs along with butterflies from about a girl wordart by elisja design and template 40 by liz designs. I love the way this one turned out!

Ray happiness is...

This is the one I like best out of the three. I normally don't scrap Ray but today he was lucky:)

The kit is silly willy by scrappyweiss designs with wordart from nikki called blue skies - freebie from the hawt mamas, border is from life365 by gina marie huff.

I love using freebie kits and expanding on what there is, taking pieces of the elements apart to create new ones, changing colors to fit the pictures. I of course like all other digi scrappers have my share of purchased kits (total I am now at 62 gigs of digital scrap supplies!!).

I am also huge on mixing kits but mostly for personal use cuz it's too much like work having to keep notes of where everything came from! I am starting to do it now, all documented and accounted for:)

Abby had thin mints this afternoon (I think she is taking after me, all the things that I like she does, which is HUGE in this house considering the boys barely eat anything that I eat!) She kept showing me her teeth through smiles and I had to capture it.

I'm on a Roll!

I got so many pages done this week:) Although I have slacked on my 365 layout...I think I need to rethink the design...I am no longer digging the way that it is going so far:( but I think I'll work it out.
This is one of my favorite pictures of Abby on our front porch last summer. I used an action for it but have since lost that action and idk what it was called. I think it goes well with the colors of the kit. She is such a cutie!

New Layouts - Old Pictures

I have been going through old pictures and scrapping some of my favorites. As most of them are a few years old it's fun to go back and use the things that I know now...

This one is using a portion of the DigiFiles part 2 called hop skip jump. I think I will have to get them all!
This one is using another kit from the Digifiles part 2 called Flying High. It had a lot of fall type colors but I like the way the pictures play off of them.

This is my favorite out of todays batch. I used the kit full of wonder from Weeds & Wildflowers

This one is SO cute! I used a freebie I got today, maddies garden from here.

The colors are perfect and the textures of the elements is fantastic!!

Look at this cute kit!!! This is from one of the great ladies that is on the creative team for Snowflake Beach Designs. I think it's the perfect boy kit although I am working on one of my daughter:) Grab it here!

This is a layout using a kit form Weeds & Wildflowers called Follow Your Bliss. It is so cute and perfect for any type of layout. I went a little crazy "window" shopping there recently...I think I could go into debt on that site alone.

Project 365 Week5

I am all caught up! I hate getting into those creative funks that don't allow you to accomplish much. I think the mojo is back or at least on it's way so I am geared up for this weeks layout!

Project 365 Week 4

Here is the layout for week 4. It took a bit longer to post as it wasn't finished until tonight. I haven't been able to work on it as my creativity just seemed to vanish for a few days. I think that I have found it or at least have an idea as to where it is because I got these done and want to do more but it is late and I need to get to sleep:)
